VALORANT launched with a roster of ten agents and has added one every few months ever since. This is the full list in the order they arrived.
The original ten
These agents were playable in the closed beta, before the game opened to everyone in June 2020. They arrived together, so none of them has a release day of its own.

How often a new agent arrives
Across the nineteen releases above, a new agent has arrived every 118 days on average — just under four months.
The rhythm is not strict. The longest wait was between Waylay in March 2025 and Veto in October 2025: 217 days, a little over seven months. The shortest was 49 days, from Yoru to Astra in early 2021.
